How to Pay Your Rent

We offer several secure and convenient ways to submit your monthly rent:

Maintenance Requests

Need to submit a maintenance request for your Integrity CPAC Investments LLC or Plunge Resources LLC property? As a small, privately managed business, using the right contact method helps us respond quickly and efficiently. Here’s how — and when — to reach us:

Regular maintenance requests are for issues that need attention but do not pose immediate danger or risk major property damage. Examples include:

  • Cosmetic repairs (trim, screens, etc.)
  • Non-working appliances
  • Light fixture issues
  • Slow drains
  • General maintenance concerns (caulking, ceiling fans, or other minor requests)

Please call or text during business hours (M-F, 9-5) or email us, and our team will respond in the order requests are received.

Call us immediately if you are having an issue could cause injury, flooding, loss of utilities, or major property damage. Examples include:

  • No heat or AC when outside temps are extreme
  • Leaks or flooding
  • Sewage backups
  • Electrical sparks, burning smells, or power outages limited to your unit
  • Gas leaks (call 911 first, then us)
  • Broken windows or doors affecting security
  • HVAC not cooling/heating

Emergencies should never be submitted through email or the contact form — call 469-406-2225 right away.

If you or anyone in your home is in danger, call 911.

These items are the tenant’s responsibility and do not require a maintenance submission:

  • Replacing standard light bulbs
  • Resetting tripped breakers
  • Changing smoke detector batteries
  • Unclogging toilets or drains caused by normal use
  • Replacing air filters
  • Yard care or trash removal
  • Pest control

If you’re unsure whether something qualifies, feel free to contact us during regular business hours (M-F, 9-5), and we’ll point you in the right direction.

In the event of:

  • Power outages
  • Water main leaks
  • Internet/cable outages
  • Pest control
  • Emergencies, noise complaints, domestic disturbances, etc.
